Flood Defence Contract Won

Aardvark has won a three year operation and maintenance contract for Taunton’s new flood defence dam at Norton Fitzwarren. The role requires Aardvark to undertake regular inspections and any subsequent management of the dam and water flow in the event of high levels of rain fall. In the event of the dam filling and overflowing, Aardvark will work with the Taunton Flood Plan team to mitigate any flood impact.
