Energy Performance Certificates

Property owners, professionals and consultants should be aware that the recent legislation bringing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) into force in the UK for all commercial property transactions also applies to properties that are sold or sub-let as part of the sale of a business or a going-concern.
