Waste Management review yields 20% uplift in recycling
Aardvark has undertaken a waste management plan review of a major UK shopping centre to highlight opportunities to increase recycling rates as part of a long term strategy of achieving zero landfill. Improvements of up to 20% on current recycling rates of cardboard, plastic, and food waste streams were identified.
Aardvark is now working with the client to implement a new strategy going forward.
