Andy Olie, Non-Executive Chairman has stepped down from the Board of Aardvark EM Limited after 10 years advising the business and overseeing the considerable growth in turnover.
Mark Clayton, Managing Director of Aardvark said,
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to personally thank Andy for the contribution he has made over the past 10 years during which time the Company has grown to a significant player in the energy and waste consultancy sector. Andy has been instrumental in helping grow the business and he leaves the business in a strong position to take advantage of the opportunities within the environmental sector and in particular the waste and energy sectors that Aardvark specialises in. "

"I have enjoyed what has been an exciting 10 years working with the team at Aardvark and helping them to secure a reputation as an innovative and progressive environmental consultancy business. The company is now at a stage where I am confident that they can take advantage of the position they have got to and for myself to step down from the Board so that they can refresh their Advisory Board. I wish them every success in the future"
Dr. Alan Taylor who joined the business in 2016 and has to date been a member of the Board as an Associate Director has been promoted to Director. Mark Clayton and Nick Leaney retain their roles as Managing Director and Director & Company secretary respectively. A new non-executive Chairman will be announced in the Autumn.
