Project and Development Management

Aardvark can act as either project managers for the delivery of new or refurbished facilities. Often our role is to act as a high level development manager, overseeing the development process and the appointment of contractors/partners.

In addition, we are able to act as contract administrators and/or the formal engineer to approve stage payments and associated drawdowns as required.
