Covid 19

We are following with deep concern the development of the Coronavirus outbreak and the associated risks it presents to our staff, clients and communities. We are monitoring closely the guidance being provided by HM Government and the NHS and are committed to doing all that is needed to react to keep everyone safe.

Aardvark will remain very much open for business

But the ways we interact and service the needs of our clients will have to change. This is likely to mean fewer face-to-face meetings and restrictions on our ability to travel.

There are numerous collaboration tools available for us to use and we are committed to implement these effectively to ensure we continue to deliver successful projects.

We have now implemented our contingency plan for this eventuality this will mean that from now on:

→ We shall be our minimising our attendance at events and meetings and will use measures to mitigate this – in particular we will make use of conference and/or video calls where possible.

→ Site visits will go ahead if necessary, but the risk assessments for these will consider possible transmission factors. In particular, we will avoid close contacts – for example by holding site meetings outside.

→ Currently our Somerset office will remain open, but should it become the case that staff are required to work from home then we are fully equipped to do so having invested in the IT and telephone systems that allow them to do so.

→ If staff need to work from home, they will have access to all client files and importantly our main phone numbers will not change.

As the situation is rapidly evolving, we will continue to keep this policy under constant review and can expect to update this as soon as additional information or advice becomes available. In the meantime, please do make contact if you have any concerns so we can provide the support you may need.
