GEORGE EARL
LEAD AUDITOR
George holds an MSci (Hons) in Chemistry and an EngD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, where he was part of the Centre for Doctoral Training for Resilient Decarbonised Fuel Energy Systems. His research focused on pilot-scale amine-based post-combustion carbon capture and industrial biomass boilers, and he developed a novel method to reduce the carbon footprint of testing activated carbon adsorbents using fluorine nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
George’s expertise includes power generation, carbon capture, low carbon processes, renewable energy, sustainable fuels, energy policy, and water treatment engineering. George brings a strong technical background to sustainability auditing by applying his chemical engineering knowledge to support clients in achieving their environmental and sustainability objectives.
