Katy is a senior environmental and sustainability professional with over fifteen years’ experience delivering complex programmes across consultancy and global corporate environments.
Through roles at Anglo American, McKinsey & Company, and Wood / Amec Foster Wheeler, she has delivered project‑level and enterprise‑wide work across the mining and metals, infrastructure, engineering, and heavy industrial sectors, spanning both mature and emerging markets.
She combines a strong technical foundation - including an MSci in Environmental Geoscience from Imperial College London - with deep expertise in programme delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Known for her pragmatic and systemic approach, Katy brings structure, clarity, and momentum to complex delivery environments, ensuring sustainability initiatives move from strategy into successful implementation.
